These terms apply to luckboxlabs.com (the “site”), operated by LuckBox Labs LLC (the “company”). By using the site, the visitor agrees to these terms.
The site
The site describes the company’s software services. It is informational. Nothing on the site is an offer that becomes a contract until the company and a customer agree in writing.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, layout, and marks belong to LuckBox Labs LLC unless a third-party notice says otherwise. Visitors may not copy the site for a competing business listing or pass the company off as their own.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. The company does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent Nevada law allows, the company is not liable for damages arising only from use of the public website.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, scrape in a way that impairs the host, or use the site to send unsolicited bulk email to company addresses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about the site.
